I originally started this list for my own purposes, to help me decide which faction to choose when starting a new campaign for the 19583256th time, but I figured you guys might find it usefull as well. This is a list of all buildings that are only available to certain factions, and their effect.
Military Academy
Who : France, Spain, England, Portugal
Where : cities
What it does : train some faction-specific units, gives command-related traits and ancillaries to governors.

What it does : allows training cav in cities, boosts pop. happiness, gives cav. related traits to governors
