A Developer by the name of qoobz has released some awesome tools for use with the PS3, the first one doesn’t have a GUI, but that isn’t important as the tool is awesome and command line is easy enough to use, for those of you wanting a GUI, the source is provded for you to do it yourself, or wait on aldostools or SvenGDK to implement it into their software, so the first tool is:
Converting PSX Disc Image to PSP EBOOT. Extract the contents of the PSX2PSP.zip to a location on your PC. EDAT TOOL v3
This app decrypts PS1 and PSP edats, here is a quote:

type - type of edat to decrypt: -psx, -psp, , -klic, -npdrm1, -npdrm2, -npdrm3
input edat - path to edat to decrypt
rap file - path to valid rap file for edat
output bin - path to save decrypted data
For windows users -> uncomment line 33 and comment line 34 of EDAT.cs
For *NIX users -> uncomment line 34 and comment line 33 of EDAT.cs
Now with proper RAP/EDAT decryption
The edat format MUST be ISO.BIN.EDAT

Hykem the Demon, known for his amazing work on Reverse Engineering on file formats, such as PGD, SDAT, EDAT, RIF, RAP, ACT.DAT and others (you can see some of his work on the emunewz network forums) has decided to release the last piece of the puzzle for psx decryption, a tool called psxtract, which converts psx eboots to iso format.

Tool to decrypt and convert PSOne Classics from PSP/PS3. Written by Hykem.
This tool allows you to decrypt a PSOne Classics EBOOT.PBP on your PC, using the emulated PSP method. It features a modified version of libkirk’s source code to support DES encryption/decryption and the AMCTRL functions.
Notes
You may supply a KEYS.BIN file to the tool, but this is not necessary. Using the internal files’ hashes, psxtract can calculate the key by itself.
Game file manual decryption is also supported (DOCUMENT.DAT).
