Scrubber Design Software

  1. Claim editor or “claim scrubber” software is rapidly becoming an industry-standard feature of medical billing software. But only our claim editing application verifies both professional and institutional claims from the payer’s perspective using the industry’s most comprehensive medical necessity database.
  2. Mar 21, 2018 This term is the main heart of the scrubber, without a blower a scrubber is simply a re-circulation column. Blower is used to blow out the vapours / gases those are produced in a reaction reactor or to remove the unwanted vapours generated because of breathing losses in storage vessels.
  3. The current version of the Packed Column Calculator program is v2.2 and it operates under Windows XP, Vista, Win 7, Win 8/8.1 and Windows 10. It is a 32 bit application but will run under the 64 bit versions of these operating systems. The Packed Column Calculator program is distributed as a trial version.

Frequently Asked Questions

Software

General

-

Wow we must really need to work on this homepage huh? :) Scrubber is a product that scans through your social media history to find potentially embarrassing posts, comments, status updates, and pictures. We run our scan for free and show you everything we find.

-

Scrubber started as a small hack in 2013. A year later, we officially launched and were immediately picked up by Cosmo. Over the last two years, we've ramped up our operation significantly.

-

Over the years we have built up our proprietary database of profanity, slang, and innuendo. We've also built relationships with the major social networks so that we can access their APIs to look at your data on your behalf.

Can Scrubber search for mentions of a particular person?

-

Yes. Scrubber has a feature where you can give us additional phrases, words, or names (which collectively call 'Custom Keywords'), to search for. We will flag posts containing those Custom Keywords for you to review.

Will Scrubber automatically delete posts or make any changes to my social media posts?

-

No. Scrubber will not do anything without explicit direction to do so. You connect your accounts, get your report, and nothing will change on your social feeds. It's up to you to decide whether to edit or delete posts once Scrubber flags them.

-

All the flagging is done automatically by software. There are no humans reading your posts and deciding what to flag. In order to make the product better, we will at times review logs of what is being flagged to make sure we're providing the best experience.

Of the hundreds of millions of posts we've flagged, less than 0.01% of them have been looked at by a human.

-

We don't publish the exact number, but it's somewhere between 20,000 and 100,000.

-

Send us an email at support [at] scrubber [dot] social. (We don't spell out the email address directly because if we did, spam bots would get our email and make it harder to respond to yours!)

-

We currently support Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, Foursquare, Disqus, and Tumblr. If you have any suggestions, please contact support.

Can Scrubber remove bad reviews from Yelp and Google?

-

No. Scrubber is meant to help clean up your social media feeds. We'll scan through any posts you've ever made, and on networks like Facebook, we'll scan through posts where you have been tagged by friends. We do not help you remove items from Google search results.

Pricing

-

Nope! Only advanced users pay. Most run a report one time, like what they see, and then never come back!

-

Running report on Scrubber is completely free. You can see everything we flag for free. If you decide you want to use Scrubber's tools to help making editing or removing posts a breeze, access to our Premium tools costs just $29 for the first month and $9 per month after that.

-

Yes it's really completely free to run a report. You only pay if you find a lot of stuff that you need to clean up and want to use Scrubber to help clean it up.

-

If you find lots of posts you want to edit or delete, it's a huge pain to go manually locate all those posts. When you pay for Scrubber, we make it easy for you go directly from Scrubber to the posts with one click. From there, you can edit a post, delete a post, delete a comment, or untag yourself.

-

We don't have one. We found our pricing model was confusing people. People did not believe you could really run a report for free. They thought we were trying to trick them to get email addresses and access to social media and then at the last minute we were going to charge money before showing them anything useful. To try and make things more clear, we removed the pricing page and put all the information in this FAQ.

Process Simulation

MACH Engineering can perform rigorous mass and energy balance calculations for a wide range of industrial steady-state processes with HETP calculations. MACH uses Aspen Plus process simulation software which is used in design as well as in operation of existing plants for process optimization, troubleshooting or debottlenecking, plants revamping or performing front-end engineering analysis. We can provide process simulation services for a wide range of applications. Contact us for more information.

Absorber

HCl & Chlorine Absorber

Flue Gas with 9% HCl and 0.1% Chlorine at 482F consist of two tower scrubber system. First tower was design to cool the gas down to below 200F and remove some of HCl and Chlorine. Second tower was design to absorb HCl and Chlorine with water. In first tower, simulation results shows that 2 Theoretical trays (stages) are required to achieve the desired gas cooling, packing used is Ceramic WavePak with packing height of 5 ft (Safety Factor is 30%) and diameter of 9.5 ft. In second tower, simulation results shows that 2 Theoretical trays (stages) are required to achieve 90% HCl removal, packing used is 3.5″ Tri-Packs in PPG with packing height of 7 ft (Safety Factor is 30%) and diameter of 9.5 ft.

Chlorine Scrubber with Sulfuric Acid Solution

Also known Chlorine Drying Tower with Sulfuric Acid Solution. Gas with 98% Chlorine at 57F is to be absorbed in Sulfuric Acid Solution. Customer wanted to increase the capacity of the existing Chlorine Drying Tower and did not have any previous data available. MACH Engineering Proposed to regenerate all data for existing tower and redesign new towers for future systems with increased capacity. Simulation results shows that 2 stages are required. Bottom stage is with 15 ft of packing height of 3.5” Tri-Packs in PVDF (Kynar™) and top stage is with 5 Tunnel Trays in Plastics. Tower diameter was 6 ft. Stage efficiency was calculated and Sensitivity Analysis was done with multiple cases for current design with different flow rates.

Steam Stripper

H2S and NH3 Steam Stripper

Scrubber Design Software Free

Hydrocarbon gas at 160F had 8500 ppm of Hydrogen Sulfide and 7700 ppm of Ammonia. Due to very high inlet concentration Steam Stripping with two towers in series were used to remove H2S and NH3. Simulation results shows that 3 Theoretical stages are required with 17 ft packing height of 40mm VSP® or IMTP® in Stainless Steel. Tower diameter of 10 ft was calculated. In first tower, simulation results showed that 3 Theoretical trays (stages) are required to achieve 99% H2S removal and some of NH3, packing used was 40 mm VSP® in SS with packing height of 17 ft. In second tower, simulation results shows that 5 Theoretical trays (stages) are required to achieve 99% NH3 removal, packing used was 40 mm VSP® in SS with packing height of 5 ft.

Distillation Columns

DCM & CCL4 Removal with Diesel II Fuel

Hydrocarbon Gas (Methane to Octane) was contaminated with Dichloromethane (DCM) and Carbon Tetra Chloride (CCL4). Proposal was sent to clean the gas using Diesel II Fuel. Simulation results shows that 5 Theoretical stages are required with HETP of 3 ft and total 15 ft packing height using 25 mm VSP® or Metal Saddles in Stainless Steel. Tower diameter of 18 inch was calculated based on the pressure drop requirement from customer. Tower Internals were design to handle minimum of 30 cfm and maximum of 100 cfm.
